What’s up?

Yoga means so many things to so many folks. The truth is- it’s about your own process on your mat. Here’s a little bit about what I focus on in my classes:

  • what feels good for each person

  • learning from ourselves and each other

  • options! every body is different

  • having conversation and fielding questions so you get the answers you need

Classes are based on physical poses to increase strength and flexibility. I include breathing, meditation, and chanting into most classes. I teach youth as well as adults. If you have any interest in setting something up, feel free to reach out at yogaforjedis@gmail.com
